Tuza builds automation for banks and acquirers, replacing manual, governance-heavy processes (onboarding, risk, pricing, servicing) with structured workflows and AI agents.
As a Forward Deployed Operator, you’re the tip of the spear on deployments – living inside our customers’ processes, translating policy and workflows into TuzaOS configurations, and driving projects from “idea” to “live”. You’re part product, part ops, part consultant. You are the one brining urgency and pace to large organisations that aren't typically used to moving fast.
What you’ll do
- Embed with banks/acquirers to map how onboarding, risk, pricing and servicing actually work today.
- Translate policies, procedures and edge cases into clear workflow designs and requirements.
- Configure TuzaOS workflows, forms, routing and HITL steps (working closely with engineering).
- Run deployment sprints: prioritise use cases, coordinate stakeholders, and keep everyone moving.
- Define and track impact metrics (capacity released, conversion uplift, risk/SLAs) for each deployment.
- Capture learnings from each bank and feed them back into our product and playbooks.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years in product ops, consulting, banking operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
- You'll likely have worked in high pressure enviornments before (MBB, PE, VC backed startups)
- Strong systems thinking: you can break messy real-world processes into clean, atomic steps.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and tools (APIs, workflow tools, dashboards).
- Confident facilitator: you can run workshops, push for clarity, and challenge vague requirements.
- Bias to action – you like shipping and iterating, not writing endless slide decks.
Nice to have
- Experience in payments, lending, risk, underwriting, or SMB/commercial banking.
- Background in management consulting, strategy, or implementation roles.
- Hands-on experience with workflow/CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, nCino, low-code platforms).
